Quality Control of Prenatal Ultrasound Training in Advanced Doctors

ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss how to improve the quality of prenatal ultrasound training in advanced doctor. Methods: Systemic training were performed on 41 advanced doctors in 3 terms among 2 years. And they were evaluated by scores. Compared analysis was used in scores before and after training. Results: All the advanced doctors were able to grasp the normal anatomy structures of fetuses and methods of systemic ultrasound scanning. Their abilities of detecting malformed fetuses were greatly improved. The scores of writing exams and operation exams were obviously increased after systemic training. The score difference before and after systemic training were of statistic value, P<0.005. Conclusions: Systemic training and quantification evaluation guarantee the quality of prenatal ultrasound training in advanced doctors.
