摘要 目的：探讨如何提高产前超声诊断进修医师的培训质量。方法：通过对2年3期的41名进修生的规范化培训后以量化评分方法进行考核，对比分析培训前后的操作、理论及综合成绩。结果：规范化培训让每位学员都能熟练掌握胎儿各器官正常解剖结构、系统超声扫查方法，并明显提高筛查胎儿常见畸形的能力。培训后理论和实际操作成绩明显提高，培训前后成绩差异有统计学意义，P<0.005。结论：系统规范化的培训和严格的量化评估能有效地保证产前超声诊断进修医师培训质量。

Quality Control of Prenatal Ultrasound Training in Advanced Doctors

ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss how to improve the quality of prenatal ultrasound training in advanced doctor. Methods: Systemic training were performed on 41 advanced doctors in 3 terms among 2 years. And they were evaluated by scores. Compared analysis was used in scores before and after training. Results: All the advanced doctors were able to grasp the normal anatomy structures of fetuses and methods of systemic ultrasound scanning. Their abilities of detecting malformed fetuses were greatly improved. The scores of writing exams and operation exams were obviously increased after systemic training. The score difference before and after systemic training were of statistic value, P<0.005. Conclusions: Systemic training and quantification evaluation guarantee the quality of prenatal ultrasound training in advanced doctors.

深圳市妇幼保健院是一所集医疗、科研、教学为一体的专科医院，每年接受来自全国各地不同规模、不同层次医院的产前超声诊断医师前来培训学习。我院超声科自2006年成为卫生部指定的产前超声诊断骨干师资培训基地之一开始，制定了严格的产前超声培训计划，目的是为全国培养高质量的产前超声诊断医师，现已培训了3期，41名学员，每期培训时间为期半年。通过对进修医师的培训质量的评估和追踪反馈情况进行总结分析，现将如何控制产前超声诊断进修医师培训质量方面报告如下。
